We recently were contracted to grade an extremely large lot on Clarks Bridge Road in Gainesville, GA. After the lot was graded, we dug the basement and installed the septic tank and all septic lines to support what will be a 16,000 square foot home.
A project of this magnitude involves timing and accuracy to pass inspections to keep the project rolling. The lot was graded, large basement was dug, and all septic lines and the septic tank installed in about 50 days on this project. Normally we allow 45-70 days just case mother nature happens to be working against us.
